Hand-harvested using traditional methods, this pure, unheated honey offers deep flavor, gentle warmth, natural relaxation, digestive support, and overall wellness benefits.

Using Procedure

• Start with ½ teaspoon in the morning on an empty stomach.

• Increase up to 1 teaspoon only if needed.

• Mix in warm water or take directly.

• Use 3–4 days a week, not daily.

• Keep the body hydrated while using.

• Store in a cool, dark place.

Precautions

• Do not exceed 1 teaspoon per dose.

• Avoid during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and for children.

• Not recommended for heart patients or low blood pressure.
